Bible Study

There are many opportunities for bible study at the United Methodist Church of West Chester. In addition to those listed below, summer seminars and special topic sessions are offered throughout the year.

Adult Sunday School 
​

​There are four adult Sunday school classes that meet weekly from 10-11 am on Sundays. Find the class that's right for you:

​

  • Mustard Seed Class- A friendly group for study, outreach & fellowship. (Room 12) 

  • Seekers Class- Over 18 & single, married, with or without kids, this dynamic group welcomes you. Babies are welcome. Pastor Mercedes Case leads the class. (Room 6/7) 

  • The Upper Room Class- Meets in the Chapel for discussion & to share ideas & thoughts. 

Disciple Bible Study
​

We offer Disciple Bible Studies to help members grow in their faith. Designed by leading scholars, these 34 week small group transformational experience will have you reading the Bible 6 days a week and discussing it in the context of prayer and fellowship for 2 hours. The study incorporates daily readings, reflection questions, weekly group meetings for discussion, and weekly video presentations.

Women's Bible Study​
 

This is a wonderful opportunity for women to gather together for prayer, fellowship and an in-depth Bible study. We seek to grow in God’s Word and our relationship with God. With God’s help, our goal is to love, serve and honor Christ in all areas of our lives.

All women are welcome to join a weekly bible study at 9:30 am on Wednesdays beginning  in September each year. Get the details here.
